Please mark your calendar for the Oregon State Bar Workers’ Compensation Section’s Annual Meeting on Friday, April 24, 2026 through Saturday, April 25, 2026! We will gather at Salishan Lodge on the beautiful central Oregon Coast.

The conference will kick off with lunch Friday followed by the Workers’ Compensation Section business meeting and Professionalism Award presentation as well as a WCB update. Engaging and informative presentations (CLE credit pending) will follow on various topics, including ethical issues regarding AI, cross-examination, medical presentations regarding shoulder and being an attending physician, supplemental disability benefits, and an appellate law update. There also will be special breakout sessions for new attorneys and non-attorneys. Attorneys are encouraged to bring their non-attorney staff to the conference.

The Section will host a family-friendly reception Friday evening. Please plan to join your colleagues for beverages, good food, and great conversation following the afternoon presentations.
