Workers’ Compensation Board
Oversees resolution of disputes arising under Oregon Workers’ Compensation Law and the Oregon Safe Employment Act

    • Search Board Cases
      These cases are the result of appeals of decisions made by the Administrative Law Judges of the WCB Hearings Division. Decisions by the Board can be appealed to the Oregon Court of Appeals.

Workers’ Compensation Division
Administers, regulates, and enforces the laws and administrative rules governing the Oregon Workers’ Compensation system.

Ombudsman for Injured Workers
The Ombudsman for Injured Workers is an independent advocate for injured workers, assisting workers by accepting, investigating, and attempting to resolve complaints on workers’ compensation matters.

Ombudsman for Small Businesses
The Office of the Small Business Ombudsman for Workers’ Compensation serves as an independent advocate for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and the professional advisers who serve them.

OSB Lawyer Referral Service
The Lawyer Referral Service (“LRS”) has a variety of programs to assist the public in finding the right lawyer. The LRS does not employ lawyers, answer legal questions, or give legal advice. LRS maintains lists of lawyers according to areas of law and geographic area and makes referrals on a rotating basis among lawyers on the list.
