Dear Workers’ Compensation Section members:

I want to personally invite you to this CLE seminar webcast on Friday, October 30, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Although we are not able to meet at Salishan in person this year due to COVID-19, we are excited to be able to present this information via webcast. This year’s virtual seminar will cover workers’ compensation topics essential to your practice. You’ll learn about the importance of timeliness for injuries and occupational disease claims. Your requirements with respect to child and elder abuse reporting will also be reviewed. Receive a cross examination and deposition refresher as well as an update on recent workers’ compensation case law and the impact it may have with trending issues.

Click here to view the full brochure. Workers’ Compensation Section members receive a $10 section discount, enter coupon code WCOMP20SM at checkout to receive discount. Click here to register for the live webcast. Registration includes access to the recorded seminar for 60 days after the live event.
