The Oregon State Bar Workers’ Compensation Section’s Annual Meeting is coming up soon – Friday, April 28, 2023 through Saturday, April 29, 2023! We will gather at Salishan Lodge on the beautiful central Oregon Coast. There will be an online option for those who prefer to attend virtually.

The conference planning committee has put together an exciting and informative program. Following the Section business meeting, there will be presentations (CLE credit pending) by Judge Mustafa Kasubhai on professionalism and ethics, recent legislative changes, sleep cycles and circadian rhythms by four OSHU experts, collateral benefits and settlements, the ins and outs of virtual and telephonic hearings and mediations, how to do PPD evaluations, and an appellate case law update.

The Section will host a family-friendly reception Friday evening. Please plan to join your colleagues for beverages, good food, and great conversation following the afternoon presentations.
